Problem
After Jira installation or configuration changes – the following errors appear. The Git Integration for Jira app may not enable.
Diagnosis
Jira admins will see a message similar to the one below in the Jira log: /application-logs/atlassian-jira.log
due to a plugin cache corruption.

Cause
The Jira plugins cache might be corrupted. You may need to clear the plugins cache.
Solution

Stop Jira.

Delete the following directories:

JIRA_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins

JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins
-

Start Jira.
